Do you know http://demo.bpmn.io/diff? Is this maybe already what you are searching for?

Hi,
could you please explain how to “run” the “bpmn diff”?
I have just uploaded 2 different (one updated) bpmn files and nothing happened :confused:. I was expecting it will start it self after I upload the second file, but it did not.

Hi Lukas.
It should indeed - and it also does for me here with Firefox and Chrome. Probably check the JS console for any errors and best ask in the bpmn.io forum the problem persists: https://forum.bpmn.io/
