I have tried several times over the last 3-4 weeks.
There is no other contact address I have been able to find on the internet.
I think they could be missing a lot of sales!

What you would like to expect an answer from sales guy. Are you planning to use Enterprise Edition? Are you located on which region, so that we can help you out.
I would like to use the Enterprise version. I have used the trial. I am a hobbyisy and I have no commercial plans to use the software, but want more features than the Community Version. What would be the cost?

You said you don’t have commercial plan to use the software, Immediately you said you want more feature than Community version.
The only feature difference is Camunda Optimize, to monitor the BPM engine plus Support from Camunda team rather than public forum to respond your query.
As you said you have used trial, what exactly you want to use in Enterprise Edition.

As far as I know you have since received a response from Camunda sales. Please discuss any further pricing questions with them. The user forum is not a good place for that.
Just to clarify for other readers: This is not entirely correct, there are more features available only to enterprise users. Check Camunda Pricing | Camunda and Cockpit: Analyze, and Solve Automation Issues | Camunda for a start.

You are right in wanting this. I too would like to experiment with some of the advanced features in the cockpit (and to save myself some work with things like process migrations). It’s kind of a shame that these features are locked away from the community.
My being able to show folks these features in action might even translate into enterprise sales for Camunda.
You could just use the trial version of the EE then you’ll be able to play with those features.
…until the 30 days is up. I’m wanting to continue using the product, and still can’t get a price.
