How to trigger a sub process from camunda task list?

Actually I have a process(The war I deployed). This process is having another process inside. Am able to get both the *.bpmn file in cockpit, but not able to start the sub process. Am getting this error in task list:

This process contains an external form to start a new process instance. In order to open the external form click on the “Open external form” link below.
Open external form
Back Close

By clicking on the link am getting 404 error.

Can you please help me out.

There was some issue with the bpmn file, which got resolved.
