Camunda Modeler disappearing while launching the application

I have downloaded camunda-modeler-4.8.1-win-x64 version, while launching the Camunda Modeler the application loads and disappeared.

it looks like a bug where the fix will be delivered in the next release: Open file from Explorer on Windows does not work if modeler already started · Issue #2268 · camunda/camunda-modeler · GitHub.
