Job executor not picked jobs?

Hello Team,

We are using Camunda - 7.8.0 version in our application. It is having some time issues, but all used to resolve when we restart camunda . But now we are facing an issue where some the flows are stuck the job executor no picked some jobs. All these flows work soon after restart but some time some jobs not picked by job executor. Nothing is written in logs and no jobs are progressing. We are using mssql and deployed embedded camunda engine. Any suggestion on how to resolve this would help.
