Can you try to comment out rows 39-81 also and give it another try?

I have updated the web.xml
then stop the server using shutdown-camunda.sh
then again start using start-camunda.sh

But still the situation is same

What exactly version of Camunda do you use? Is it Camunda Run distribution? Could you provide the link to download?(I would want to reproduce your issue localy)

Are you using LDAP in this project? How did you manage to add user with id “660”?
