I am trying to download camunda wildfly from https://downloads.camunda.cloud/enterprise-release/camunda-bpm/wildfly/7.12/7.12.3/camunda-bpm-ee-wildfly-7.12.3-ee.zip but it asks for username and password. What are they ? Thanks.

you are trying to download the enterprise version of the wildfly distro. If you are an enterprise customer you received credentials to download it.
If you are looking for the community edition, head over to https://camunda.com/download/ or https://downloads.camunda.cloud/release/camunda-bpm/.

Also - if prompted for a username and password after you start up Camunda use
