Is camunda v7.3 free(community edition )??.where I can find all features for the last version(camunda community edition) ?

7.14 is the newest version.
I asked about v7.3 because it is explained in article and i want to know if this version free or open source ?

Every version of the (including the latest one) has a free open source edition with exactly the same features as the enterprise engine.
