Using cam-choices in embedded form gives me invalid form

Hi,

I faced an issue when I used this tutorial on how to “Populating the Options from a Variable”

and the options were populated successfully, but the select field was marked with “ng-empty ng-invalid ng-invalid-required ng-dirty” and the complete button was disabled
