Hi,

There are some incidents in a process that I implemented.
In Cockpit, under the incidents tab, I have the message “Message is null”.

How can I troubleshoot what’s the issue?

Hello,

Here are some docs for the incidents 1, and what type of incidents are available in the engine 2.

There should be a stack trace with an exception in your server log file and in Cockpit (if you click on the message) as well. This stack trace will help you in which direction to go with the investigation.
