Reactive Terminated Process Instance

Hi.
I terminated active process instance with process instance id with task definition id.
How can retrieve or re-active INTERNALLY_TERMINATED process instance ?
Is it possible ?
Can I read data from history tables and insert in run time tables ?

Note: I used camunda 7.10
