Process waiting at service delegate

I see , some times my process waits at service delegate, i dont see any logic much there it has to proceed further

@gowtham_m, service task is marked as asyncBefore:true? job executor is enabled?

hi, async is not enabled

this issue i see like 1 in 100 process instance

Normally forum questions take longer to get a response if people reading them don’t know the answer or i the creator of the topic hasn’t given enough information about the problem.
In this case a screen shot without any context means that I’ll tend to overlook this question in favor of more detailed questions. With that in mind can you think about all the context that we would require to answer the question and add it to the question.

I am not sure why process are getting stuck at start event/ service task.
