Problem opening older DMN diagrams

Hello
I have trouble opening some older DMN diagrams from camunda-consulting examples. Is the Modeler not able anymore to open diagrams from older (1.1 ?) versions?

For me the only thing I had to change was the definitions.

Just create a new DMN and try to use the definitions in your old DMN.
