Issue About Creating Sub-Processes

We are facing an issue about creating sub-processes.

There are 3 steps that appear in n processes. We want to convert those steps into a sub-process but whenever we try, it ends up creating a new process in Camunda Cockpit with a different name.

Any suggestions?
