Integrate camunda's form into my application

Hello.

I have user-task-form.html, that is embedded form. (and is shown into camunda’s tasklist).
Is it possible, to show this form(html), into my application (that is not running in camunda engine)? So user will see the same html form in TaskList and in my application.

Same doubt here, its possible to show an embedded form in another webapplication?
