If Business Rule Task can be implemented using Java Delegation just as a Service Task, then in this case DMN table is not required???

Hi correct

The business rule symbol in the BPMN model is more semantic rather than syntactic. It conveys that the semantics of the task has a business rule centricity, the implementation details are abstracted away.
