Illegal instant due to time zone offset

I put in the due date field a variable that takes the value of a form field, but works with several dates but when I enter the date 2020-10-20 the following error appears

“Cannot instantiate process definition monitoramento-tce-pa:1:7c5080c2-cdc6-11e9-8dcf-005056ae67f1: ENGINE-09027 Exception while resolving duedate ‘2019-10-20’: Cannot parse “2019-10-20”: Illegal instant due to time zone offset transition (America/Sao_Paulo)”.
