I am using enterprise version 7.10 and have about 24 incidents open for on Service Task in a process.
I can see Open Incident count on Default dashboard page, however if I click on the Incident count, its not able to find any process instances with the incidents.
With the same filters If I try to perform bulk Operation, its not able to find processes with the incidents.
It’s possible the errors have occured during some batch operation.
Take a look at the Batchs section of cockpit to see if there are any problems there.
No its not in batch operation. They are incidents from regular transactions.
I I go to the processes -> runtime -> incidents tab I can see the instances with incidents. I can retry each of these individually from there and it works.
However, I want to perform a batch retry for which I am not able to list/filter the incident instances.
That does seem odd - i’ve tried to replicate it but wasn’t able to.
Have you tried going into the batch operations section of cockpit and adding the search criteria manually?
