Is there any specific plugin you can give to me, so I can have the same user experience? Right now, all I got are simple black/white diagrams.

You could use the modeling colors that are already built in. Just select one or more elements of the diagram and color them (“Brush/Color” icon).
Or you could use a plug-in if you need more colors.
