Form failure camunda tasklist

Hello everyone,
I am a beginner to Camunda. I am trying to use Camunda Java API. In modeler, I am trying to deploy the model and I am getting an error as follows in the camunda task list

Form failure: The context path is either empty or not defined.

├── java
│ └── org
│ └── camunda
│ └── bpm
│ └── getstarted
│ └── loanapproval
│ ├──
│ └──
├── resources
│ ├── create-user.bpmn
│ ├── lock-user.bpmn
│ ├── META-INF
│ │ └── processes.xml
│ └── patch.xml
└── webapp
└── forms
├── approve-lock.html
└── request-userid.html

Can anyone help me out where I am going wrong ?. I deployed it on camunda-tomcat standalone server as a war deployment. It is strange.

Best Regards,

Can you upload your model?
Also, if you can check the log for the errors that are happening that would give us a hint

lock-user.bpmn (3.8 KB)

Hi @rpalakodety,

it’s a known issue in the camunda-bpm-spring-boot-starter-webapp.

As a workaround, refresh the page in your browser before you login again.

A ticket for the fix is already filed:

Hope this helps, Ingo
