Facing error in Tasklist portal "Could not query for users"

Hi Team,

I have a task generated as per flow but it is not assigned to anyone.When I see the instance in tasklist portal and click on the task,it gives me following error.

“Could not query for users”.

Please advise.

We need a lot more information in order to answer this.
What version of Camunda are you using?
What database are you using?
are you using LDAP?
Is there an error appearing in the console?
