Example with form/sub-form

Hi All,
I’m new to Camunda, and I’ve worked through the Invoice Receipt and Loan Approval examples which are a useful start.

Can anyone point me to an example which uses a form & subform, something along the lines of a invoice approval where the invoice has line items, or an expense claim with expense lines.

I learn best by pulling things apart so any direction to some more examples would be welcome.
