I have a process in Camunda Modeler and
I have my tasks assigned to different users but I would like to assign the start event to a user
because when I run it, it is started by the DEMO user, that does not work for me I would like to know how to assign it to a specific user

It may help to clarify what you mean by
I would like to assign the start event to a user
The start event isn’t an assignable entity, so you won’t be able to assign it to a user.
