Enterprise Edition Trial - update license key

I am trialing the enterprise version and was granted an extension along with a new license key. I don’t see where to enter the key. The Camunda Admin System Settings has no place to enter it. Please advise. I need the enterprise features for an internal demo.

I reinstalled the enterprise edition and was able to enter the new license key.

It shouldn’t require you to restart - you should just need to go to Admin ui and then just update the license key.
