Does deleting process instances delete the variables and data associated with it?

Hi,
Does deleting a process instance using the delete API delete the variables and other data stored in act_ru_* and act_ge_bytearray tables?

Hello @Haziq_K ,

by deleting a process instance, all data related to this instance stored in a act_ru_ table will be deleted as well. But, as history and runtime share the act_ge_bytearray table, data stored there could live on as long as there is historical data related to it. Can you confirm this, @Ingo_Richtsmeier ?

Hi Jonathan,
Thank you for the reply. The history level is null, so I don’t think it is going to be an issue.
