Can't create input expressions with MacOS version of Camunda Modeler

Guys - I am using the Mac OS version of the modeler to create a simple DMN. I don’t see any options to bring up a dialog to enter Input Expresson or Input Variables. I tried everything - right clicked everywhere but just not able to specify the input and output variables names. When I right click on the Input header column cell all I see is a menu with options to Copy/Paste/Add/Remove Input Columns but nothing that suggests how I should add input/output expressions and tie them to my variables.

I watched the tutorials but they refer to older versions of the modeler which had and “advanced mode” button. That button is discontinued in newer version I read from official source.

Is anyone facing the same issue? Is this a bug with the Mac OS version?

MacOS Version, Open Source Modeler 4.6.0, Release Date: February 9, 2021

Resolved. It was due to a mechanical issue with my trackpad.
