Bpmn team collaborations and model xml code merges

Hello

What is the best way of merging the model(xml) changes among various team members working on the same workflow. We dont have tools like cawemo. Is XML diff merge possible?

There are tools out there to do diffing - like this one.
Not sure how easy it is to merge them though…
