Dear all, can someone advise me here. I am working on a process automation project that will involve deploying a workflow application to automate some user tasks. I have done the “As-Is” process successfully. However, in doing the “To-Be”, I am at a loss on which will be the actor in the swimlane between the proposed new workflow solution and the officer who operates it to conduct his tasks. Which will be the actor in the swimlane between the new solution and the officer who operates it to conduct his tasks? Or how do i depict this in a BPMN?
