Which is the best way to move from current task to the previous task?
USE CASE: If a person mistakenly completes the “Pending” user task and it was moved to “Progress”. Now I want it back to “Pending”.
What are all the possible ways to do it, either through modeling the process itself or with any other means? And which is the best way?
