Hi…does anyone know how to make task boxes bigger as well as adjusting font size? Adding color? it seems like none of these options come with Camunda out-of-the-box?
Its generally designed as a modeler for executable BPMN, not as a diagram tool. So most of those features you wont find. You can change the colour of the box/element with a few color choices in the top icon bar.

Indeed @StephenOTT is correct about this - the desktop modeler is intended and best suited to a user who’s intention is to build and edit executable models
We do have another modeler which is web based and intended for creating models, which may not nessarally be executable in a collaborative way at https://cawemo.com/
