Authorized Support Contacts

How would one go about adding to the list of “authorized support contacts” for Camunda Enterprise?

I didn’t see anything about this on the support page (Camunda Enterprise Support Guide | docs.camunda.org) or on this forum.

one of the exisiting contacts can file a JIRA help request with the new contact address.
